The staff was helpful and attentive. Nadia offered an upgrade. Suraj ensured I received all my packages promptly and brought them to me. The housekeeping team kept my room clean and tidy.

polite staff early check-in clean rooms large room
The front desk staff were very polite and quick. They helped with an early check-in which I appreciated. Rooms were clean and quite large. This. I found the location convenient. It was easy to get around. All staff consistently had smiles. They were always ready to assist.
The gym was locked. This limited my access to that amenity, though I didn't inquire further.

The breakfast included a wide selection. I noticed many buffet options were available throughout my stay. The hotel offers convenient access to taxi, bus and metro services. This simplifies transportation. the facilities supported a comfortable experience.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
efficient housekeeping team clean room central location
I was very impressed by the efficient housekeeping team. They kept my Superior Double Room clean daily. The staff was always ready to assist with any request I had. I also appreciated the central location. It was easy to get around.
The bathtub sealing leaked onto the floor during showers. This created a minor inconvenience . I believe addressing this would significantly improve the guest experience.

The hotel provides a fitness room complete with treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area offers ample space for relaxation. I saw about twenty loungers. There is also a shaded section available.

The breakfast service was excellent and presented a variety of buffet options. The staff members in the dining area were courteous. They were helpful , and they were very quick at refilling buffet items.
